Hello. Myself and my partner are looking for a flatmate to rent out our spare room. Our apartment is a cozy two-bedroom home with a shared kitchen and bathroom. It’s modern, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials you need for everyday living. You’ll have your own private bedroom, and we share the common spaces respectfully. The rent is 5050 SEK per month and includes all bills and internet. Electricity, water, heating, and Wi-Fi are all covered. The apartment is very well connected — located near Vägmästareplatsen, with several tram and bus lines just a few minutes’ walk away. It’s only 10 minutes to Central Station / the city centre by bus or tram, and walking distance to Lindholmen (with a quick bus option too). Supermarkets, cafés, bars, and restaurants are all close by. We’re a friendly couple living in the apartment and have a spare room available to rent. We’re looking for someone who is tidy, considerate, doesn’t smoke, and has no pets to share our home in a calm and comfortable atmosphere.
